Onsite arrival on start day is between 9:00 - 11:00 am for the upcoming session. Please start by checking in (with your child present) at the office to register, or to ensure that all the needed documentation has been collected. Language assessment may also take place at the office. Please contact your child's consellor with any special instructions and leave some spending money with them (usually $10 maximum). Visit the camp nurse with any medications (including vitamins or painkillers). A lice check will also be conducted at this time.
A white shirt with the camp logo and dark blue shorts is worn on Sundays and special days. Camp shirts are available for purchase at the camp office ($5)
All campers and staff are expected to follow the camp code of conduct. Those that negatively impact the camp are subject to being dismissed from the camp. Costs for anything that belongs to camp that is purposely damaged, destroyed or vandalized by a camper will be re-imbursed by the camper's parents. Food and drinks are not allowed in the cabins, following the Ontario Health Ministry guidelines.
Personal electronics (other than digital cameras) will not be allowed in the camp. This includes cell phones, smart phones, personal video games and computers.

Parents or guardians must sign out their camper with their counsellor if they are to be taken out of the camp program for this time period.
Other extractions from camp must go through the Camp Director, and arranged ahead of time.
We encourage you to write letters and send packages in order to connect with your camper. We do not allow 'check-in' phone calls, although the camp phone will be answered by a member of the staff and the will be able to relay emergency messages or information to your child if needed.

Campers should be picked up between 9-11, in order to vacate their beds for the next sessions campers. * On special days, there may be activities that campers will want to be involved in until the afternoon. Please help them to organize their suitcases and bags and have them stored somewhere out of the way of the incoming campers.
